In this episode, I share insights into the limitations of Sport Psychology and reflections on when an athlete becomes a patient due to psychological illnesses.

This episode is inspired by the psychologist and sport psychologist Dr. Henrik Herrebroden and his keynote on ethics.

I also share the elite referee Tom Henning Øvreboe's study on Norwegian Elite Athletes and their scores on psychological illnesses. His study from 2023 can be read here.
