For our first December film we get in the Christmas spirit by going to a winter wonderland. Frozen was released in 2013 and was a smashing hit. If you knew any child or had a child in your life at that time, you definitely saw this movie. Both Joel and Avery were focused on school at the time and were a little late to the party seeing this movie. But once they did watch it, they realized why so many people were talking about it. The music is the BEST part of this movie. Every song is either funny, emotional, or powerful. How many people had “Let it go” stuck in their head for weeks after seeing it?? Also in this episode, Joel reads the original story that inspired Frozen and it is very, very different. Disney spent a long time developing this film, and in the end, all the effort and time spent on this film made it one of the most watched Disney movies ever!
