How can we create equity of acceptance?   This is an integral concept we need to intentionally explore whilst building a culture of hearts where diversity, inclusion, belonging becomes integrated in every facet of how we build a space.   I had with Lindsey T H Jackson and Tony Chatman on #hearttalk this week as we explored various facets of building a space of humanism.   What does equity of acceptance mean to you and how are you building it from your space?
