Go where people are. Find out where the people you want to meet hang out. An example - Non-Profits, Charity Organizations, Interest Groups where people are giving back. - This is where influencers are congregating.

Learn emotional skills. Elicit emotions from people. Ask questions about them, their passions.

Have a People Plan & Strategy Like having a Business Plan and Strategy you should have a plan to meet the right people.
