Limiting beliefs form in us from our childhood and can impact the way we live our lives without us really even knowing.

What limiting beliefs do you have and how are they holding you back?


Here are today's questions:

  • What's the biggest thing you believe about yourself that holds you back?
  • What has been the cost of believing this about yourself?
  • When, with whom and under what circumstances is this belief untrue?
  • Who could you be if you didn't believe this about yourself?
  • What could you choose to believe about yourself instead?  When will you start?
  • There's nobody to "blame" for our beliefs, they can be cultural, familial or personal but we all have them.
