Tony Galvan, Director of Health and Wellness and Susan Altman, Director of Quality Innovation are joined by Kathy Harmon, Administrator from Friendship Village Kalamazoo, Jan Kehl, Health and Wellness Navigator from Friendship Village Kalamazoo and Ben Blanton, Director of Health Navigation from Cypress Glen live from the inaugural Health and Wellness Navigation program orientation/training.  Nearing the conclusion of the 2nd day of training, some thoughts and reactions regarding the orientation and program benefits are discussed.
