I present you Lorenzo Hernandez... aka @lordbenzo... less than a year off of the BOP's federal yards and CrossFit badass. We go back nearly 15 years. He's one of the most positive and beneficial humans I've ever met. He left GPP on three different yards and changes lives wherever he goes... here's to the universe... it glows brighter once you meet this guy.
