Have you ever felt lost in motherhood?  Well, I have!! I also found myself in motherhood!  Today, I am sharing part of my journey of finding myself and my passion for helping mothers find themselves.

When my kids were babies, I was waiting for them to be sleeping to be happy….

Then when they were toddlers, it was waiting until they were in school to get stuff done…

Then when they went to school I was overwhelmed by all the projects, spirit week (am I right??) and felt like I was never able to keep up.

My point is the only way to get to the other side of happiness is go to do the work on yourself👊🏼

Shift your belief systems so you can connect deeply and enjoy every moment. Or at least not be on the brink of a meltdown every moment. 😳
