Nick Golding is a very successful band director who has led successful band programs at multiple schools.  His bands have performed at collegiate invitation events, state in-service conferences, Bands of America Regional Finalist, WGI World Championships and more.  He has found a balance of work life to personal life and leads others by example.  I think after listening to his thoughts in this episode you will find yourself inspired and motivated to take your band to the next level.
