How do you "compassion it"? Amy and Mark share their insights on the discussion in the last episode with Sara Schairer, founder of the Compassion It movement. Join us as we talk about ways we can tweak the non-compassionate systems that surround us and make a difference in our communities of compassion. We'd love YOUR ideas of how to change these systems, too, so please share your thoughts in the show notes. Let's keep "compassion" as an action verb and "Compassion It" every day!
