She works privately and in groups empowering her students with the tools of Yoga to release chronic tension and pain in the physical body and stress and anxiety that is held in the emotional and mental bodies. She believes that the practices should meet each person where they instead of trying to make the person fit a preconceived idea of what the body should look like or be able to do.
