So often times we get caught up in the "title" that we forget about the process; we forget about the results. Welcome to episode 22. While on this journey, I've learned that it is during that process some of our greatest lessons are learned. When you focus on results and not recognition, the "right" people start to take notice and once that happens the possibilities are endless.
