Once passed by Congress, HB-1 became Senate Bill 1 and floundered in Bureaucratic mire and was seemingly dead.  However, the Biden Regime dusted off this Socialist corpse and renamed it the "Freedom to Vote Act" and attempted once again to cram it though the Senate and make it Law.
