Episode 22: Sagittarius New Moon Ritual RECORDING (Dec '24)
On Saturday, November 30th & Sunday, December 1st we gathered back to back for ceremony in our healing space in the southwest end of Toronto to honour this Sagittarius New Moon.
The energy of the New Moon was at its peak on Sunday, December 1st at around 1:20 AM (ET) and is present for 2-3 days on each side of this point.
This New Moon Ritual is here to support you on your journey - emotionally, mentally, energetically and spiritually as well as with your integration, and I am honoured to serve you in this way.
The moon ritual includes cacao ceremony, Tao blessings/energetic transmissions, discussion about astrology & current themes, an hour of somatic breathwork, an hour-long sound journey meditation, energy healing/recalibration (using Tao Healing Hands & Reiki), as well as journaling and sharing circle to support integration and connecting with community.
**THIS IS THE RECORDING OF THE RITUAL (cacao ceremony, Tao blessing, discussion about astrology along with journal prompts).
Runtime is approximately 44 minutes
Make yourself a comfortable, distraction-free sacred space.
Bring a cup of cacao (if you wish to take part in the opening cacao ceremony) and/or water/tea, a journal & writing instrument, and an open mind & heart.
