In this episode, we are joined by the Executive Director of the WIAA, Stephanie Hauser! We discuss he current role with the WIAA, challenges of the position, along with the positives that she sees in education based athletics. Stephanie also has a unique perspective on youth sports as she has three children that went through high school, played collegiately, has a son in the NBA and another son trying for the NBA!
