Join us this week as we discuss the Power of 7 Goals and how we can help you get the “junk” out of your life! To remember the seven different areas, just remember the Star Trek opening statement: “SPACE, the Final Frontier!” Those seven capitalized letters become the acronym for your goals.
Spiritual, Physical, Adventure, Career, Educational, Finances, and Friends and Family.
Pick one of those areas where you feel like you’re weak and set either a small or a large goal to work on in that area. Strengthen that area then move on to another one.
Consistently do that in the seven different areas and you’ll soon have a very balanced and strong life!
