It's hard to believe that two decades have passed since Microsoft changed the way we interact with computers with their Windows 95 operating system. We're discussing its legacy and some of our favorite gaming memories tied to the the monumental software. Also, one of us is very excited about cartridges returning as the predominant console distribution method, while the other is a little more skeptical.
