Popular Game Maker nearly takes down Youtuber for "Trolling"

On the show today, I recap what happened to ZexyZek and his Minecarft series. Should other youtubers be worried? Should publishers and game makers just "not care" about how their games are portrayed in youtube videoes? I agree with Mojang's decision to revise their no trolling policy. But should be worried about a different kind of trolling?
