We discuss a book called "Desiring God" by Dr. John Piper, which defends a primary point that "God is very concerned with our happiness, as He is most glorified when we are most satisfied in Him." Everyone wants happiness and fullfillment no matter how old you are. We talk about the connections there and take questions from Instagram including how to balance your desires and maintain positive desires over time.

Jon Patterson is a 4th year seminary student at Bethlehem College and Seminary under Dr. John Piper, and currently lives in Oklahoma City, OK as a Pastoral Intern at Bridgeway Church. He is married to Katie Patterson, and is world famous for his "Don't Be That Guy" video series, and a local legend for his use of puns.
