Episode #22 - What is Buffering and How to Stop It Now

This week, we are going to talk about buffering!

Buffering is when you unconsciously create certain situations around you so that you don't have to deal with the real thing at hand. Have you ever noticed that? When you have to do something (especially annoying routine matters) but instead you get yourself busy doing something else! 

Buffering is much deeper than it seems. It is a good indicator of your behaviors and what's happening in your mind. 

In this episode, we will discuss:

  • The signs of buffering and how it relates to your environment and your state of mind
  • Why it's not okay to be comfortable with chaos
  • How to avoid buffering and take control of your life again

I’ll also tell you a bit about how it worked for one of my clients.
