One of the things you need to do when you first get started in real estate investing is you need to look at the skills you have and the skills you need and where the gap is.  For example, you will need a lot of what I call base knowledge of a lot of skills. So you're going to need some base knowledge of marketing, some base knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping, some base knowledge of sales.
