Based in San Diego California and primarily investing out of state, Daniel has acquired 32 rental units including a mix of single-family and multi-family properties using a few different strategies.

Coming from the tech industry and being a real estate investor himself, he experienced numerous pain points firsthand and a lack of innovative solutions. Early in 2021 Daniel co-founded Foliolens, a new “PropTech” startup taking a fresh approach to Property and Portfolio Management software for real estate investors.
