We had the one and only Author and Performer, Rob Mills join us on this week's episode of the podcast. Millsy is absolutely one of the nicest, down to earth, and respectful people you will ever meet. A total gem who has time for everyone. Rob is a big advocate for mental health and is not afraid to talk open and honestly about his own struggles. Rob's book, Putting on a Show is something everyone should be reading. It really speaks to those of us who found it strenuous fitting in or found it difficult finding a voice to guide them through life with mismatched passions. Rob speaks to the importance of and maintaining male friendships. We also talk about theatre, & Juliet, getting some fresh air, cold showers, being authentic, team sports, and of course his appearances on Confessions with Sam Petersen. We loved having Rob on our show.
