Today, we are talking about injuries while training and how to deal with them. A majority of our injuries do not directly come from our source of pain. We discuss how to identify the root of your injuries to decrease your pain and improve your quality of life.


In our experience, being injured affects someone's mental state more than the physical. Our goal is for you to walk away from this episode feeling empowered and not broken.
