This week Chris, Rob, and John break some records talking everything from video games to movies to video game movies.  They also establish a new medical diagnosis system before they give you a rundown of the proposed best metal albums of 2019, per the internet.  All that and Chris needs to ride his bike more, Rob is ready for Christmas and John's cats try to take over the show.
