They share their experience with not only building clientele but maintaining it as well. Parker feels that it’s okay to have a backup barber, while Kei would prefer for her clients to stick with what they know and who they know. The two also talk about the importance of communication and respect in the industry. They both agreed that one thing they would love for the consumer to remember is that those who work in the beauty industry are REAL people with REAL lives, so offer them some grace!
