We take a little break from our regular Come Follow Me study to look at an article in the January 2020 Ensign focusing on the Bicentennial of the First Vision. We reflect on how the Lord prepared the Smith family and the Earth for the reception of the Restoration and how the Lord's work has been able to move forward.

President M Russell Ballard: The Lord prepared the world for the Restoration of the gospel of Jesus Christ long before the Father and the Son appeared to Joseph Smith in 1820. In fact, the Lord’s preparation to restore the fulness of His gospel in the last days began before the earth was created.
