Many people who quit drinking expect it to fix their problems. (Myself included 🙋🏻♀️). While I can say my life is better in every facet, there are still feelings of sadness, anxiety and depression that over one year into this journey haven’t gone away. Today we’re tackling that ‘now what’ feeling that often comes at some point in an alcohol-free journey. We have learned that quitting alcohol doesn’t automatically fix your problems but it does give you the motivation and clear mind to choose how you want to heal. It’s a raw and honest conversation today.
