Dan is joined by actor, Harley Dasey soon to be taking on the role of Princeton in AG Theatre's Avenue Q at The National Theatre in St Kilda!

We chat about getting the job on Avenue Q, rehearsing the show, puppet workshops, the initial challenge of working with puppets, two shows in one, getting the hang of working with his puppet, the liberation of being able to use a heightened voice, being in a rock band, doing one day of Law at Uni, seeing his first musicals, the university experience, humbling moments, using humility as an excuse to bring you down, always trying to impress, finding a circle of friends, being stuck in the Uni bubble, continually building on skills after University, rude awakenings, the first audition for a commercial musical, recapping auditions with friends, always maintaining the training in between jobs, doing it for the love of it, finding the balance with casual jobs, needing a second career path, working in children's theatre, the reaction from others after being cast in a show, appreciating theatre in a new light, wanting to do a bit of everything, surprises, going to the limit, and a whole lot more!
