Alexandre Franca "Pequeno" Nogueira is a Brazilian Luta Livre fighter and the former Shooto Lightweight Champion. I first saw him compete against Noburu Asahi in 1998 at the age of 20. He won the Shooto Lightweight Championship one year later by choking out Asahi again. He would go 12-2 in Shooto before leaving the organization to compete in K-1 Heroes. Nogueira is legendary for his ten finger guillotine technique. In this episode we talk about his career, the BJJ vs Luta Livre rivalry and much more. Translation is done by Thamires Veiria.
