In this episode I speak with Bob Henderson. Bob is a native of San Jose, California. He retired from law enforcement after 26 years of service and is a member of the National Association of African American Police Officers. Bob offers a radically unique perspective on reimagining our entire criminal justice system that is both practical and holistic. Bob is a member of the Baha’i Faith, which has as a core belief the oneness and wholeness of the entire human race; that is, we are all connected, and what positively or negatively impacts one member of the human race will ultimately affect us all.
