It is National PTSD awareness day, and Alec planned a special show for the listeners. Current Marine Bobby Phelan and Navy man Tyler Ellis joined the conversation. They discussed PTSD and how it effects more than just those that serve. Alec also got the guys to discuss ways to be there to support others who reach out for help mentally and emotionally.
