It's Champ Final week, and to build up to the decider on Sunday 24th May at Twickenham between OA Saints and Richmond, She's the Champ has got a two-part preview.

In Part 1, we speak to Charlotte Hamlyn-Williams from OA Saints. She talks about the change she has seen over 20 years of playing rugby, with all the stories she's collected along the way. From training with Sarah Hunter at university, to taking time out twice for pregnancy, it all comes down to this: Sunday is the final game of Charlotte's long career.
