Sadly, Rum Month is over, and after rounding out August filled with #Rum and talking about beverages, the guys shift gears and start off National Hispanic Heritage Month and "Siptember" with a great culinary guest. This week the guys are joined by local South Florida culinary talent and Chaplin School Alumnus: Chef Bernardo Espinel 2014. Chef discusses his culinary roots and the journey from his Colombian roots to culinary stints in the Caribbean, NYC, and now in Miami. Chef Bernardo, Senior Faculty Instructor at Miami Culinary Institute, shares his thoughts on teaching his students and developing passionate culinarians that love hospitality. We discuss this ever-changing industry, his favorite places to grab some delish local food, and where he sees the future of the restaurant business.  We finish with a Food Network Speed Rail where we share our fave culinary television personalities.
