Executive Chef Tim joins the Austin All Day podcast.  We get a chance to dive into his culinary career before he departs on a needed vacation to Colorado for a bit of reminiscing.  Chef Tim shines some light on cooking in a retirement community and how younger cooks and aspiring chefs should not overlook the opportunity to try it for themselves.  A very talented Chef and excellent addition to the Austin All Day cookbook.  Enjoy!
