In this episode, I stay close to home in Melbourne Australia, and spend some quality time with "change doula" (my term, not hers), Dr Jen Frahm.  Jen is a real powerhouse and long-time change and transformation guru, working with clients right around the globe.

Jen is the co-founder of the Agile Change Leadership Institute and co-founder and facilitator of Busting Silos, a self-paced collaboration course for individuals and teams. She's led what can only be described as a very diverse career, working in unique roles that have positioned her to help navigate organisations and people through transformation. Jen gives some excellent advice to communication professionals about influencing the leadership team within an organisation, and shares some great tips about the competencies communication professionals need to succeed into the future.
