Teams are how we get work done, how we accomplish goals, how we rely on each other’s gifts and create impact. When we don’t have a clear understanding of the individual team member's motivations, fears, communication styles and gifts, our teams aren’t operating at full potential. We will explore the stages of team development and how the Enneagram can create a road map for team success.
