On Sunday & Monday, December 15th & 16th we gathered for ceremony in our healing space in the southwest end of Toronto to honour this Gemini Full Moon during this Sagittarius season.

The energy of the Full Moon was at its peak on Sunday, December 15th at around 4 AM (ET) and was/is present for 2-3 days on each side of this point.

This Full Moon Ritual is here to support you on your journey - emotionally, mentally, energetically and spiritually as well as with your integration. I am honoured to serve you in this way.

The moon ritual includes cacao ceremony, Tao blessings/energetic transmissions, discussion about astrology & current themes, an hour of somatic breathwork, an hour-long sound journey meditation, energy healing/recalibration (using Tao Healing Hands & Reiki), as well as journaling and sharing circle to support integration and connecting with community.

Runtime is approximately 50 minutes

Make yourself a comfortable, distraction-free sacred space.
Bring a cup of cacao (if you wish to take part in the opening cacao ceremony) and/or water/tea, a journal & writing instrument, and an open mind & heart.
