We all carry implicit biases—unconscious attitudes that can influence how we treat others, even without realizing it. These biases can be especially present in religious communities, sometimes leading to misunderstandings or barriers between people of different faiths.

In this episode, Kelli and Amy, members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, reflect on some common biases within their church culture. They are joined by Morgan, who is not a member of the church and shares her personal experiences of feeling excluded because of these biases. Together, we explore how to become more aware of implicit biases and foster more inclusive and understanding relationships across religious boundaries.
