Episode 23: Jaccie Jones

Jaccie Jones is an International Affairs major and in her final year at Chattanooga State; she will graduate in December. As a participant of ChattState's Building Outstanding Service Scholars (BOSS) program, Jaccie has been able to develop better communication and leadership skills and participate in a number of service opportunities. Her group also took a fantastic trip to Washington, DC, with the ChattState Veterans Club in spring 2018. In this episode, Jaccie shares her story of coming to college after dropping out of high school and struggling to complete her GED. She also shares an important and timely message for faculty and staff who are working with students around the covid-19 crisis unfolding in March/April 2020.
