Katherine Knight was born in 1955 and by the age of 16 had dropped out of school and found work cutting up slaughtered animals for food, which she considered her “dream job”. She also started her trend of abusive and hostile relationships. Her last one would end in the very early morning hours of March 1, 2020. Katherine woke up then boyfriend John Price, stabbed him, skinned and headed him, and then cooked up parts of his body to serve to his children. Was Katherine mentally unstable, or did she finally take her violent habits too far?
