Divine timing is so incredible to witness. The topic of religion has been showing up a ton lately in my community, and then Krista showed up. This was definitely not a coincidence. Breakdown before the breakthrough is real! I compare it to the transitional contractions that come right before birthing a baby. Up to that point, you get breaks and time to breathe, but right before your baby comes, you feel something in your body that can't be described in words. It's intense and holy frickin' crap!

Breakthroughs have a lot of the same elements, but instead of birthing a baby, you're birthing a new version of you. The problem is, unlike birthing a baby, you can back down when things get painful (and they do).
