In this episode, I sit down with the AMAZING & TALENTED Megan Shirley-Ross of Miss Megan’s Make Room! This North Dakota transplant has definitely spread her love of art in Lubbock for the last 3 years. Inside her magical art studio, she teaches kids (& adults) how they can be makers too and helps to build confidence and teach life lessons on patience and the acceptance of the imperfect! From the basics of drawing and painting, to more in depth lessons in screen printing and murals, Miss Megan always makes sure to add in some art history to each lesson.  It was an honor to hear her story and visit her artistic little haven!  Thank you, Miss Megan, for adding a unique cultural thread to the fabric of our art community!
