Dr. Celina sees prioritization in our organizations as one of key discussion points team have to have candid conversations about.  In this episode she explores the issue of timing.  Saying something isn't a priority doesn't mean it isn't important, it may just be "not now".  To do this, we need to understand our goals and strategy with crystal clear vision, know that we have to make and remake organizations, let go of history and old rules that are holding us back and a few more things that Dr. Celina notes.
