There's a huge range of managers and owners, from the Evil Overlord to the People Pleaser.  Strap in, it's not gonna be pretty.....but seriously, they're not all bad.  Are they?  Of course not.  Take this with a pinch of salt, but also with a dose of reality.  Who do you recognize?
