Mark Shuler, R.A. is a licensed Architect in the states of Washington and Texas with more than 35 years of professional experience as an Architect, Engineer, Business Owner, and Real Estate Investor. Since 2015, Mark and his partners have amassed a portfolio of almost 2000 units in the Puget Sound and Texas with an acquisition basis of $275M. Josh Welch is the CEO and Founder of Three Pillars Capital Group (TPCG), a Houston-based real estate private equity firm, & Greenline Apartment Management. TPCG purchases and renovates value-add multifamily investment properties targeting a workforce demographic. Mr. Welch has an engineering background and has worked in fields from defense contracting and financial modeling to data mining. The company acquired its first asset in 2017 and today has a portfolio of 15 multifamily properties in the Greater Houston area.
