Rick Ruckh of Carton Craft Supply Inc. was the 2019 IADD Presidential Award winner and has been in the industry since 2003. Originally starting as a salesperson for Atlas Die then working with Wagner Die Supply, he learned many things that eventually landed him a position in equipment sales at Carton Craft. Rick helps supply the latest technology from Serviform, Boxplan and Lasercomb to the industry. Rick talks about the changes he has seen in technology over the years and how the newer equipment has helped the industry become more automated and made processes more efficient. Rick has been involved with the IADD for several years and now serves as the VP of Technical Services on IADD's Board of Directors. He continues to spread the message he was once told: "You get out of it what you put into it."
