Episode 23 is naturally dominated by the fall out from the FA Cup Merseyside derby which took place the day before this episode on Sunday. Prior to this game being reviewed, the lads look back at both teams previous games where the blues lost out 2-1 away to Manchester City and Liverpool beat Sheffield United comfortably 2-0. As the lads move onto the derby, Craig and Judgy are still in disbelief at the ease in which Liverpool’s young, second string side beat Everton and berate the misses which gave Liverpool’s young team the initiative. The reds are meanwhile are overjoyed by the way in which their youngsters took to the task in such a pressurised game and are excited by the prospect of their up and coming talents. The episode closes, as always, by previewing this weekends fixtures with both sides playing on Saturday. Everton take on Brighton at home at 3pm and Liverpool travel to Tottenham in the late kick off at 5.30pm.
