  • The Ohio Redistricting Commission members now have until noon on Feb. 23 to tell the court why they shouldn’t be held in contempt.
  • 2020 Census and Election Results determine map guidelines
  • Conflict between “democracy”
    • Trump 53.3%, Biden 45.3% therefore, Dem’s deserve 45.3% of all election categories
  • and Republic
    • Trump won 81 counties, Biden won 7 therefore Dem’s deserve only 8% of election categories
  • No way to give Dem’s 45.3% without enormous gerrymandering
  • This is all thanks to constitution change agreed to by voters in 2015. Clearly no one thought through the changes.
