Giving our children proper recreation skills will spark their awareness at a young age.  These skills will also develop and flourish in them throughout their lives.  By introducing kids to fishing, it could be said:  "Take a kid fishing, and you entertain him for the day;  teach a kid how to fish, and you instill a passion within him for a lifetime!"
